About faux greenery and artificial plants

The largest room in the shop. Faux greenery in every form: stems and sprays for a vase, picks for a wreath, candle rings, garland, wreaths, and hanging bushes. Eucalyptus, boxwood, fern, cypress and ruscus, lamb’s ear, and a good deal of cedar and pine.

Artificial plants are here too: potted snake plants, ferns, a hosta, a calathea, potted daisies and geraniums, and trees in pots, from small pines to eucalyptus and cherry trees over 5 feet. Spring stems, tulips, peonies, hydrangeas, lilac, and apple blossom, sit beside the evergreens.

Nothing needs water, and nothing drops. For an everyday look, keep to greens and creams and let one stem lean out of the vase.

What’s the difference between a stem, a spray, a pick, and a bush?

A stem is one flower or branch. A spray branches into several on one stem, and a pick is short, made to tuck into a wreath or an arrangement. A bush is a full bunch gathered at the base, so one can fill a vase on its own.

Do the artificial plants come potted?

The ones named “potted” or “in pot” do. Stems, sprays, and bushes come loose, ready for your own vase or crock.
