About faux fall flowers and stems

Fall florals for a crock, a pitcher, or the middle of a wreath. Sprays and single stems make up most of the collection: mums in burgundy, tan, and dusty purple; sunflowers in ivory, orange, and wine; hydrangeas, dahlias, peonies, and wild roses.

Grasses and seed heads keep an arrangement loose: pampas, sorghum, hops, larkspur, and wheat. Berry picks and pomegranate sprays bring in a deeper red.

A bush is already full, so one can fill a vase alone. For a mantel or a long table, three sprays of one color with a single stem in a contrast reads clean from across the room.

What’s the difference between a stem, a spray, a pick, and a bush?

A stem is a single flower or branch. A spray branches into several on one stem. A pick is short and made to tuck into a wreath or an arrangement, and a bush is a full bunch gathered at the base.

Are these real or faux flowers?

Faux. Nothing needs water, and nothing wilts or drops petals on the table.
