These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Your Home Decor website (the "Site") operated by Your Home Decor ("we," "us," or "our"), and any purchase or order request you make through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

Your Home Decor offers a curated selection of home décor products. Product availability, pricing, and the daily collection may change. Display of a product does not guarantee inventory until we confirm your order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Orders are intended for shipment within the contiguous United States unless we expressly agree otherwise.

3. Accounts and owner access

Customer accounts may not be required to shop. Owner or admin sign-in features, if present, are for authorized operators only. You must keep any credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before we accept an order.
• Submitting an order or order request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.
• Depending on checkout configuration, we may (a) charge your payment method at checkout through our payment processor, or (b) collect an order request and send payment instructions before charging.
• Product images are illustrative; colors and textures may vary due to screens, lighting, and natural materials.

5. Payment and taxes

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Applicable sales tax may be added where required. When card payments are enabled, charges are processed by our third-party payment processor under its terms.

6. Shipping

Shipping destinations, timelines, and fees are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

7. Returns and refunds

Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price; return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged or missing items are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, branding, layout, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

12. Indemnity

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ohio will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
